Hello, my name is Brian Lucas aka Chef BeLive Light.
I used to be head chef and co-owner of Organica: The Living Cuisine in San Francisco from 98-99, open 1 year. It had previously been Jeremy Saffron and Renee Underkoffler's Raw Experience for a year and before that Juliano's Juliano's Raw Living Foods for 3 years. Jeremy Saffron and Juliano Brotman were my teachers. I learned and channeled the gourmet twist of Juliano and the LOVE energy and knowledge of Jeremy in to my own transformational intuitive exotic gourmet live cuisine. You can check out my website at www.belivelight.com and my myspace profile at www.myspace.com/brianlucas to read more about me.
I am currently doing private chef work, lessons and guest chef appearances so if you want to utilize my specialties than please contact me at belivelucas@yahoo.com and (310)460-9253. Also, if you're by chance in LA on Friday, April 13Th, please come to my guest chef appearance at Taste of the Goddess in Beverly Hills. At least tell your family and/or friends if you have any in LA area. It is going to be a 5 course gourmet Mediterranean meal from 7:00-9:30pm for $65 a person if you RSVP or $70 at door. I will be doing one at my friend Melissa's restaurant Terra Bella soon also.
